ABOUT
AMARI
I used to have quotes covering every inch of my bedroom wall.
Two stood out and stuck with me:
The second one hit me so deeply, I made it the tagline for my brand.
why?
Because things won’t change on their own unless you take action.
🌸 NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES
🌸 NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES
I’ve been where you are.
I know what it feels like to be disconnected from your own desire — unsure about your sex life, sensing there’s more out there, but having no idea where to start.
Maybe you’ve felt that too, like you're just going through the motions, stuck in the same routine, holding back parts of yourself that are aching to be explored.
I created this space because I believe sex should feel expansive, expressive, and empowering. And you deserve to feel fully in your body, in your power, and in your pleasure.
As a sex coach, I help you rewrite the stories you’ve been told about sex, relationships, and yourself. Together, we break through shame, silence, and self-doubt — and open up new pathways to confidence, connection, and pleasure.
No performance.
No pressure.
Just honest, powerful transformation.
This is your sign to unlock the sex life you have always wanted…
It’s time to take the next step…
…because nothing changes,
if nothing changes!

Want to work with a sex coach who gets it?
My coaching business is built on a foundation of respect, empowerment, and inclusivity.
You’ll have my full support when it comes to making decisions about your body – I'm sex-positive, pro-choice, and pro-abortion!
Being sex-positive also means that I’m kink and BDSM-friendly (I will never kink-shame you), and I’m proudly pro-sex work, supporting individuals in the industry.
As a strong LGBTQIA+ ally, my coaching provides a safe space, and I want you to know that I see you, I’m here to advocate for your rights and dignity, and I will always respect your sexuality and pronouns.
During our sessions together, communication, consent, and respect will be at the forefront so that you can feel as comfortable as possible when working with me.
With a zero-tolerance policy for racism or sexism, when you’re with me, I want you to feel valued and respected during our time together, no matter your background or identity.
If you don’t agree with my values, I am not the coach for you.
But if you’ve been searching for someone with the above values, let's chat!

Did anyone else get to research
sex for their degree?
Having to choose what degree you want to do at 17/18 feels insane – how am I meant to decide what I want to do with the rest of my life when I am still basically a baby?
It’s a huge decision (and SO much money).
Luckily for me, if there is one thing I did right in life, it was choosing my degree. After studying Sociology during sixth form and learning all about feminism and sexism from an academic standpoint (rather than 2012 Tumblr), picking a degree felt easy.
I studied Sociology at Nottingham Trent, specialising in topics such as gender, porn, sexism, sex work, sex, and sexuality. My degree further complements my practical experience. This enables me to approach every conversation with a well-rounded perspective and a keen understanding of the broader societal implications.
Some of the topics I researched included:
• "Exploring Friends with Benefits Relationships (FWBR) in Western Contemporary Society" (the answer is no, they do work, but we all know that already😉)
• "Is Sex Private?"
• “How do the students of NTU (Nottingham Trent University) perceive feminism?”
• "Do men experience sexism within the family institution?"
• "A Sociological Report of The Sexual Politics of Meat"
• "Sex Work in Contemporary Society"
• "The Sex Industry and the Acceptability of Violence, Exploitation, and Stigmatisation"
• “How do people’s opinions and thoughts on feminism differ, based on their gender?”
• “What was she wearing?” (An article on victim blaming and sexual assault)
• “Social construction of gender”
While at university, I also volunteered at sex workers, women's rights, and domestic violence charities. This was my first taste of really working in the women's rights and sexual health industry. I was also working at a nursery during this time (volunteer work is all fun and games, but a girl has to get paid!). This was where my love of childcare and education came from.
