Equity in Menopause Festival

I’m thrilled to have been part of the Equity in Menopause Festival, a groundbreaking event by Black Female Doctors UK and You and Me_nopause, held on World Menopause Day! Together with the amazing Marie Clinical Sexologist, we dived into everything menopause, sex, and intimacy, focusing on communities that are often left out of these conversations. This was a day filled with panel talks, hands-on workshops, art, relaxation spaces, and all-around good vibes aimed at supporting Women of Colour, LGBTQ+ folks, migrant women, and more. It was all about creating a space for learning, connection, and real talk on making menopause care accessible and inclusive.
World Sexual Health Day - "Talking Libido and Understanding Sexual Health"

To celebrate World Sexual Health Day, I joined U Gd, Girl for a women’s circle like no other, where we got real about libido, sexual health, and busting myths that have been around way too long! This was an intimate, fun, and safe space where I guided everyone through the ins and outs of sexual wellness, answered burning questions, and opened up a much-needed conversation about sexuality. Tickets flew fast, and it was such a rewarding experience connecting with everyone who came out to learn, share, and embrace their sexuality without judgment.
