1. Getting On The Same Page (Initial Consultation & Goal Setting)

  • Our first session is all about your needs, concerns, what you want to change, and what you hope to achieve.

  • We’ll look at where you’re at now, your sexual history and past experiences, and any challenges you’re currently facing.

  • Whether you want to boost your sexual confidence, handle dating app burnout, or figure out the best what to navigate a situationship / friends with benefits arrangement, we’ll set goals that actually matter to you and I will tailor future sessions based on these goals.

2. Education & Guidance

  • Learning about sexual anatomy, arousal, communication, and techniques.

  • Understanding emotional and psychological factors that affect sex and intimacy.

  • Addressing myths, misconceptions, or limiting beliefs that you may have been told growing up.

3. Communication & Relationship Skills

  • We’ll work on how to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication whether you're in a long-term thing, a casual situationship, or just looking for a friend with benefits.

  • We’ll cover how to talk about consent, setting boundaries with partners (and parents), and exploring kinks and desires in a healthy way.

4. Practical Exercises & Techniques

  • I’ll give you simple techniques to try in your own time, like mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation techniques to help you stay present and enhance pleasure.

  • We might explore sensate focus exercises to build intimacy and reduce anxiety or erotic self-exploration and body awareness exercises.

  • You’ll get practise techniques as "homework" to try at home, always at your own pace and within your comfort level, designed to work even if you’re in a house share or living with your family.

5. Addressing Psychological & Emotional Blocks

  • We’ll work through the shame or guilt that might be holding you back from enjoying yourself and achieving your full sexual potential.

  • If you’re dealing with "performance" anxiety or just not feeling great about your body, we’ll focus on building a healthier, more positive relationship with pleasure and improving your self-esteem

What NOT to Expect:

  • Sex coaches do not engage in sexual activities with clients.

  • Sessions are typically talk-based, though some may include guided exercises (fully clothed and non-sexual).

How much are your sex coaching sessions?

£100 per hour or £90 per hour if you buy in bulk (3+ sessions)

If you’re unable to afford 1:1 coaching, I also offer 1:1 online coaching by email and WhatsApp, which is cheaper.

  • No. Coaching sessions are conversation-based and focus on education, techniques, and exercises you can practise on your own or with a partner. There is no physical contact between me (the coach) and you (the client).

  • Common topics include:

    • Overcoming shame or anxiety about sex

    • Learning new techniques and communication skills

    • Exploring desires, fantasies, or alternative lifestyles (BDSM, polyamory, tantra, etc.)
